I had steel shingle roof damage on a house in a remote area that was difficult to get to and 25 feet off the ground. Mike was able to find shingles that matched and sent a crew to fix the roof. The crew arrived on time with the proper tools and material to complete the job, fixed the damage and departed. They were quick, courteous and professional. I would unhesitatingly recommend Mike Luna and his Milan Roofing....he is now on my go-to list for roofing.
My house is unique (18 sides set up in a circle, with a metal roof) and my gutter installer failed miserably on the initial install as they were not familiar with this type of house. I was extremely fortunate to find Michael Luna (now at Milan's) who was able to step in as a consultant and guide the installer on the proper methods to be used, so that now the gutter system works perfectly. His experience and know-how can't be beat!
